Acceptance of Protocol
By engaging with the DParcels ecosystem—whether via our digital interface, mobile application, or distributed logistics network—you hereby submit to the governing protocols established in these Terms of Service. Non-compliance results in the immediate termination of service access.
Structural Logistics
DParcels operates as an advanced bridge connecting "Senders" with an elite fleet of independent "Fleet Partners."
- We facilitate the connection logic and do not maintain physical custody of synchronized assets.
- Fleet Partners operate as sovereign entities, maintaining independent contractor status.
- Dispatch precision is subject to temporal and geographic rider density.
Compliance & Prohibited Assets
You agree to utilize our network exclusively for the transport of legal, non-hazardous materials. DParcels reserves the right to audit package metadata and refer biological or illegal hazards to relevant authorities.
Financial Protocols
- Dynamic Pricing: Logistics fees are computed via real-time algorithms factoring distance, temporal demand, and atmospheric conditions.
- Cancellation Logic: Pre-assignment cancellations incur 0% penalty. Post-assignment interruptions may trigger a processing fee of ₹30.
- Liquidity Returns: In events of system-side failure, absolute refunds are processed within a 5-7 day cycle.
Liability Boundaries
While DParcels enforces maximum operational reliability, legal liability is bounded by the following parameters:
Logistics protection is optimized at a ceiling of ₹5,000 per synchronized order. We structurally disclaim responsibility for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
